Ballot drop boxes are available at City Center and all precincts on Election Day, closing at 7:00 p.m. as polls close. Curbside voting is also offered at all precincts for those who need it.
Beyond the logistics, local leaders stress the importance of participation. Voting is both private and powerful: while your choices on the ballot are secret, whether or not you vote is public record, and showing up helps keep Fredericksburg’s democratic tradition strong.
Every ballot cast strengthens the community’s voice. By planning ahead—whether voting early, by mail, or on Election Day—residents can ensure that their voice is heard in shaping the future we all share.
